Bob Fm or Jack FM ?
Both have a large playlist both have the we play anything type slogan. They both have terrible signals at this time. Jack has a harder edge on music & doesn't run infomercials in prime time Jack has more attitude.
Bob FM seems to think a Golf Show would do good on a music station at the end of Afternoon drive. Jack believes more music at the end of afternoon drive. Bob may be good for The Woodlands but Houston will never favor this Bob over this Jack. Bob will not be a winner running Golf Shows and whatever. Bob needs to play musuc cut the crap. Jack needs to get a signal that will work. Jack will do better than Rock 103.7.
Why? Mass appeal will capture a larger audience than Rock alone. A 2.7 12plus will look good for to Jack.
I think it would be amazing considering Jacks stick problems.
This is very interesting to see these new formats grow here. I am sorry I do not miss the DJ. Soon a format for DJ radio will arivve and be a format of t's own. I would call it Fun FM!
