Jack & Ron part of Heroes and Outlaws

Yesterday The City Arts Center at the fairgrounds held it's opening of the new Centennial exhibit Heroes and Outlaws - 100 Oklahomans.
Jack Elliott and Ron Williams are featured among the likes of Will Rogers, Vince Gill, Barry Switzer, Reba McIntire and other Oklahoma celebrities. They are apparently the only radio personalities included in the exhibit. Why? Are they just more important than other radio people? Obviously they are the Outlaws. Gary England and Linda Cavanaugh are the only local TV people featured.
