Jack Starr - WJET in Erie, PA

To help jar some memories, was told Jack worked at WDOE in Dunkirk, Ny prior to coming to WJET.
Also may have worked in Albuquerque after WRIE in Erie. Have seen a Jack Starr listed on the WIXY 1260 site. Not sure if this was also the same
one that worked here.

Believe his real name may have been Jim Luce. Guessing he's be in his late 50's to early 60's by now, or has passed away.

Back in the day, there was a Jack Starr at WIBG in Philadelphia, we'd be talking late 1950s, who went on to Dallas. He has long since passed on.

Well, after a search since 2006, found Jack. He's living in Florida with his wife, Tina. And, this Jack said he worked at WIBG at one time, in addition to stations in Erie, PA, Atlantic City, Cleveland and New Mexico to name only a very few I'm sure.

He graduated High School in 1954, so I guess by the time I remember him in Erie, he was in his mid-late 30's.
