JACK-FM (KCBS-FM) in L.A. is the #1 English-speaking station among 25-54s! (as of the trend out on 3/27).

Good turn-around starting for John Sebastian at JACK-FM Chicago (WMJK) this trend, too. February is the first full month of his "relaunch" and the extraps of the month show a really nice jump with cume up to nearly 600,000. WJMK is up in every daypart, every demo, men, women - TSL and Cume are both up too!

Who cares about those specific breakouts (unless you're a seller for CBS in LA)?

If you're trolling for a chink in the armor, it ain't there.

I'm interested to know where exactly I can find this info. (Specifically for Jack here in NYC) I looked on All Access, FMQB, Radio & Records... but nothing.

If someone could point me in the proper direction, that'd be great.

Kudos to Jack LA for showing that Jack CAN work... keep up the great work over there. My comp is now streaming 93.1 Jack FM most of the time! (I would do the same to Jack here in NYC, but I don't have AOL nor do I want it.)

i love the fact of hearing that jack is doing well in some markets, and that they are streaming too. i have been listening to all the other jacks in the us (and canada) via the stream and getting airchecks now of those stations, outside of KJAQ (seattle)

Unless you or someone you know is in radio, good luck. Arbitron doesn't release anything other than 12+ to the public.

I know for a fact that afternoon drive time is down, but morning drive is up.
I guess people want the security of knowing there will be music in the morning when their alarm clock goes off, and a tiny bit more chatter in afternoon drive.

Up In Baltimore

Nice uptick in Baltimore as well, up half a share, and now beating the local co-owned Hot AC by more than half a share.
