Jack up again?

They've increased their 25-54 share 4 consecutive months and are in the top 15 in that demo for the first time since shortly after their ill- fated flip from Oldies.Who knows if it'll continue but it feels like the first good news for the CBS folks concerning Jack/NY.(NOTE: all these numbers were pretty much in before their hired a PD)

I am sure that CBS radio is looking at the bottom line for Jack-FM and all of their stations. For example, WFAN consistently only gets ratings in the low 2's yet their profitability is very high since their male demographic is very appealing to advertisers. If Jack-FM turns a good profit, the CBS executives will keep it. If not, they will flip, but not to oldies. I really think CBS should try to invade Lite-FM's audience.

oh god the last thing we need is another lite fm station. look at fairfield county. 1,2,3,4,5... I better hope not to have to keep counting on how many lite music stations that come in around here
