This should be a very interesting program considering some of the comments already published as to what Jackie Kennedy thought of certain individuals. However I see this more as an effort by Caroline Kennedy to keep the bogus Camelot myth alive by publishing this book.
I take exception to the negative comments made about Eisenhower. A large number of historians who labeled "IKE" as a do-nothing president had a much more positive opinion of the man after reading some of his private papers. IMHO Eisenhower was a better president than Kennedy. Granted Kennedy did not survive his first term in office, and the only reason his civil rights legislation ever passed was because of LBJ.
Speaking of LBJ, it's very interesting the comments credited to JFK by his widow as to Jack Kennedy's thoughts about the possibility of Johnson becoming president in 1968.
