Jackson Armstrong recent KB airchecks online anywhere?

Since his passing I had heard that he had been voicetracking evenings again at WKBW up until their flip to talk.

I was wondering how he sounded doing his Schtick by voicetrack in the Carolinas...?

I would think his style/presentation would almost require him to be live.

Anyone hear his voicetracked show?

How did it sound?

Are there any airchecks online of his more recent stint on WKBW?

Thanks!

I confess to not being as knowledgeable about radio as probably 99 percent of the people who post here. To my "average listener" ears I had no idea that Jackson wasn't in fact live in Buffalo during his second time around on KB. I missed Jackson the first time around, I started listening to KB when Don Burns did the night shift in the 70s. However, my older brother who heard Jackson the first time around commented on how cool it was that his show sounded exactly the same in the 2000s that it did back in the 70s on KB. If you look around you can find a lot of "vintage" airchecks but I haven't seen anything from his 2nd KB stint. He truly was a one of a kind talent for all the reasons listed in the other thread. While we'll greatly miss him and feel badly for those family and friends he left behind at least we can still hear and see past clips on the net. For that and the memories I have of his 2nd stint on KB I am thankful.
