Not going to happen without a bigger arena. As nice as JVMA is, it's way too inadequate for the NBA (or the NHL, for that matter). Not enough seats, and not enough suites.

For in-the-round concerts it does. For basketball, it only holds 15,000 -- at least 2,500 less than current NBA standards. On top of that, the arena has "only" 36 suites -- too few for the NBA's liking.
