Jade Donovan on Apple Radio

I sure hope Jayde doesn't do any "wacky" contests like she did back in Sacramento. That one didn't "End" all that well, did it?

I don't recall all of the specifics of this unfortunate contest; was the contest attributed specifically to her? The Promotions Department oversees every contest (including rules) at every radio station I've seen, and usually sourced from Programming.

Nobody at a station is the single responsible party. It may have been one person's idea, but it had obviously been accepted by sales (it was done as a remote in a commercial location, IIRC) and management as well. So if nobody thought "gee, is that really safe?" then it is the company, not the individual which is the primary responsible party. Of course, law suits often name "John Doe and Richard Roe" as defendants so that they can open the door to unnamed parties during the proceedings.
