Jaheim's Anything from 2001

I think that it's a great slow R&B that was played on urban contemporary radio thus by Jaheim IMO with great background vocals by R&B group Next. I hear it on Power 99 in Philly as a recurrent hit. Urban KKBT 100.3 The Beat in Los Angeles added the song to their playlist on the last week of October 2001 and a hit that you would hear everyhour on KKBT at that time. I'm not sure if Urban AC KJLH played it in 2001 they probably have because Jaheim is one of the core artist on the station. I miss great R&B. If someone can determine rather KJLH played it or not hit me up?BTW Thanks for 10 years of great music Jaheim keep up the good work.

I have to agree with you hear. I miss the 90's & early 00's R&B. All we have today is waaay too much autotune & I am sick of it. Do you hear me Usher??LOL

Usher is just following a trend. Yeah in the 90's and early 2000's Usher used to have more of an sound that fits the Urban Contemporary radio format. Just be glad that we still have Maxwell, Eric Benét and Donell Jones and Jaheim who still makes great music. Musical trends come and go plus I got to say that R&B artist such as B2K, Dru Hill, Brandy,Sylk-E Fyne, Monifah and Joe,etc had charted well on the top 40 and urban radio stations. That was the pop sound but it had an urban sound to it.
