This morning I heard "You're Beautiful" on, of all stations, 96.5 Kiss FM in Cleveland. I had never really thought of it being a CHR song, but it obviously is. Thoughts?

Ok... maybe not the 'mecca.' But we are playing it and getting huge reaction. The softer AC sounding songs that are a hit, usually are a big hit. Think "She Will Be Loved," "Picture," "The Reason," - all #1's.
I could go on.

It's just kinda funny to hear it between songs like "My Humps" and "Laffy Taffy". But that's what works!

Its a great track. Slow or not. If Pussycat Dolls can get to #1 with Stickwitu I believe James Blunt should be able to make it to the top 40 (which it already has) Fits the format just fine.<P ID="signature">______________

The major difference between this record and those, of course, is that none of them had a male lead singer who sounds quite a lot like Macy Gray.
