JAMMIN 94.1 making Changes ?

I heard yesterday that changes were coming for Jammin 94.1 after they seem endlessly stalled out. Has anyone else heard anything. Are they changing their Air-Staff ? Are they changing music. Have they finally realized you can’t have such a tight playlist on a GOLD based format ? Anyone ? ???

I've heard is that the music is definitely changing. However, to what degree is not known. There's also some word that Jammin might soon be using the well known KTFM call letters much more frequently than just the top of hour ID.

I can see them going the "Movin'" approach or leaning more recent dance hits like Jammin 105-9 in Austin. That would be a reason to use the KTFM calls. If they ARE in fact going to use the KTFM calls, people think of fast-paced music so they can't have too many options as to what format to use. You couldn't use KTFM with country or Jazz or even rock in my opinion. In a different note, San Antonio really needs a HOT AC station like KDMX in Dallas or KHMX in Houston. Magic 105.3 is not fulfilling their Hot AC role as they claim to have. To me Q 101.9 is more Hot AC than Magic.

In my opinion, I prefer Magic 105.3 over Q101.9. Q still plays some of those slow a$$ songs. Magic playlist also seems more upbeat with artists such DHT, Nicki French, and Real McCoy. Not to mentions a wider playlist.
