Jamn 94.5 now on 94.9!!

I live 12 mi S of Worcester MA and have always received a reasonably strong (but obviously not city grade) signal on 94.9 WHOM. In certain areas the station is received on seek/scan. The signal fades out at the RI border. But in the last few weeks 94.9 has been completely obliterated by a strong and listenable bleedover of JAMN'N 94.5. There is (and has been) no bleedover of any other station including the locals at any other time. It's occurred on both car radios; that's not the problem. On the Bose Wave radio at home we get HOM but only after playing around with the line cord antenna and moving the radio to avoid the bleedover.
I know I live well outside WHOM's coverage area and listen to a lot of stations besides HOM but something's not right. This bleedover (am I using the correct term?) also occurs on I-190 between Worcester and Leominster MA which is closer the HOM transmitter.
Has anyone else experienced this? I'm just curious why this is occuring.
