Any guesses on who will be taking over the night shift on Jamn 94.5. Does anyone believe they are going to put Maverick permanently on nights or look outside the radio station?

Your original post said don't hire someone who "dont know nothing about the format"...how does delivery = someone who "dont" know the format??
