Clear Channel outsourced the overnights on WJMN, KUBE and some other Rhythmic top40 stations to KYLD out of San Francisco and Nessa On Air. That is why you hear all this wierd stuff like Britney Spears and Taylor Swift on 94.5 at night. During the day 5AM to Midnight the playlist is definetely rhythmic and not CHR. I wouldnt consider Wacka Flocka and Lil Wayne top 40.

JAMN carries Nessa On Air which is from KYLD out of San Francisco, a Rhythmic station. The KYLD playlist is definetely more CHR leaning. I don't know if Nessa is considered Premium Choice, but I have a feeling she is.
