So when did Jamz change their positioning statement from "Albany's Hip Hop and R&B Authority" to "#1 for Hip Hop and Todays Hits" ??????

Also, noticed they have a new logo

Their new logo rocks!

Shoot, "#1 For Hip-Hop & Today's Hits"? That's simply because they're a mainstream urban!

I know a lot of Rhythmic stations with the slogan "#1 For Hip-Hop & R&B"!

It's not that they are mainstream Urban . . they're more Rhythmic leaning now . . . definitely crossing over into the TOP 40 world (pickin up the songs that FLY "should" be playing, instead of all that Rock garbage) Hence, the whole "Hits" part of the positioner.

As for the new logo, I do like it, but it's not original . . . that is a template that tons of Urban and Rhythmic stations use across the country.
