One guess would be that he is a man with the name 'Jan'?
 
never met him. But I can say in regards to the company he works for, that they allow employees to remain on board for inappropriate sexual conversation in person and via work email. While they do "reprimand" for the behavior, they believe that working relationships can be repaired after major damage is done. My opinion as far as that company's claim to being an EOE goes out the window when an email is sent saying that someone shouldn't apply for an internal job because they aren't between the ages of 40 and 50 with kids.
 
Because Cumulus pretty much sucks.com to work for as a viable radio company... The bags of kool-aid powder are stacked up in Mr. Lewis' office by the butt load waiting for the next puppet to find some way to pay for the H2o to mix it with. That's their marketing, i mean company strategy. Mr. Jeffries is pretty much irrelevant to them, just like any management position in that company below the corporate officer level.
