Please reread. I said a 6 share was around 8 thousand AQH persons, and the market PUR is about 130,000.
(KCAQ averages between a 6 and a 7 in share. It's cume rating is about an 11 or a 12... so the 6 is share, not cume)
The PUR (Persons Using Radio) figure means that at an average 6 AM to Midnight moment, 130,000 persons in Oxnard /Ventura are listening to radio. KCAQ's 6% would, thus, be around 8,000 persons.
The station's cume averages around 92,000, not "25,000." The Oxnard-Ventura population, 12+, is 857,000.
