Jaron Solomon

Solomon Brothers Jewelry has been a big user of radio for many years. It's apparent radio has delivered for them, which is great.

For a long time, they used endorsements by personalities such as Neal Boortz and Bert Weiss. I recently heard Boortz so he apparently is still doing the spots. But lately, most of the Solomon Brothers commercials have been done by Jaron Solomon, the youngest generation of management.

I'm glad Solomon Brothers believes in radio, but why do they have to subject us to Jaron Solomon? A sure way to get me to change the station is to run a Jaron Solomon spot. I suppose ego takes precedence over common sense.

Heard him in a promo on The River earlier today. While his style doesn't offend me none, I can see why it might grating to some. Very confident, preppy, and self-assured.

Just depends upon how one hears things, I suppose.
