Jax TV: A new antenna and tower work

Yesterday, July 4, I noticed a new DTV antenna side mounted on the 4/12 candelabra, about halfway up the stick. I believe 17 is supposed to move over there, now that Graham has bought them, but I thought they'd be top-mounted atop the WJXT antenna, or mounted somewhere atop the candelabra. Or does this antenna belong to someone else....or is it a digital aux for someone. Who is in the know?

I also witnessed a gin pole and platform atop the skinny (former 47) stick. I believe 106.5 & 99.5 are the only active tenants on the tower. Was had to tell what was going on...anyone know?

Update: a side mounted DTV antenna has been placed on the 47 tower....and I've noticed work about halfway up the 17 tower. Unable to tell the type of work being performed.
