Jaxon & the Pharmacist -- Reunited

You may remember the Jaxon and the Pharmacist morning show on the old "FNX Radio Network" from 2000-2002. Recently, Paul Jaxon was let go after 18 years in afternoons at WMMR/Philadelphia, and Brian "The Pharmacist" Mulhern was let go after 12 years in mornings at WCTK/New Bedford-Providence. Jaxon now has a podcast on Spotify and invited Brian the Pharmacist for this episode and talk a lot about their time at FNX.

 
I'm down here in Philly. I really enjoyed Jaxon's afternoon show on WMMR. WMMR is #1 down here in Philly. They have a great on air staff and until the cuts, they had live DJs on the station 24/7. The overnight DJ has taken Jaxon's afternoon shift. No Beasley station was safe from the axe. Like up in Boston, on every Beasley station here, on-air staff got the axe. I guess that happens when your stock is trading under $1. Oops, correction, they closed at $1.03 on Friday.
