Jay King Leaving Miss 101

Today is Jay King's last day at Miss 101. He is going to Roanoke, Virginia. I think he will be hosting a morning show at WZBL. Good luck to you Jay. It won't be the same without you.
 
Jay's been around Meridian for a long time. Good luck seeking your fame and fortune elsewhere. You deserve good things.
 
I hired Jay King at Q101 in 1980 or '81. He came from WCBI-AM in Columbus and was hired to replace Maureen Christian as Q101's News Director. He's been in Meridian every since. Good luck to him in Virginia!
