Change for change's sake??

John Mayer's "No Such Thing"-- really, Jay? Is that where you want to go with The Sound?

I've been hearing quite a few tunes that sound like he walked across the hall to Q's studio and raided their playlist.

The Sound is the best thing on Cincinnati radio in a long time. Please don't screw it up.
 
Considering that John Mayer got his start on Alt radio with 'No Such Thing', I don't see how this is such a big deal for a station that presents itself as an Alt/AAA hybrid.

Now, I'd be more concerned if they were repeatedly playing Yaz's "Situation" into the ground....
 
Interesting observations.... since he hasn't even started at the station yet. I hear he starts next week.
