I used to enjoy listening to Jay on Sunday nights when I'd go out for a bike ride or walking my dog. Not much else to listen to locally on Sun. nights.

They have been running what sounds like another one of those gawd-awful infomercial shows for "How to get rich quick in real estate" shows.

What happened to Jay? is he still on in Phoenix somewhere?

Why are these stations all replacing local talk with these "financial know-it all/get rich schemes"?

Moved to 1 to 4 Sundays only.

And yeah, when you yank listener calls - from a freakin' "talk radio" station - and pimp out your airtime for infomercials, that's inevitably the next step. 92.3 really isn't "local talk" anymore - more like Mommy Talk for those looking to be lectured like a toddler about how to feel about news stories - and hasn't been since Ankarlo. Bonneville has really done wonders for the legacy of KTAR. :(

rather than just enjoy their wealth, people want to share their good fortune by passing along their valuable information (for a price) so others can get rich too. thus the infomercial was born.

I haven't heard that kfyi guy who says you need a million dollar portfolio to invest with him... I only have 999,999.78 so I can not attend the seminar, but I have not heard him with his commercial. Maybe he goes after the snowbird market?

Keith DeGreen moved to a suburb of Cleveland and closed his Scottsdale office. If you're only 21 cents short of a million dollars, Nurse Jeff and I would be happy to mis-manage your money the same way we have mis-managed our own portfolio. Visit our website: www.theseguysarefullofcrap.nobiz
