Jay Philpott (ex-KZPS) gets another gig

Following his project as "WLS Big 89 Rewind Coordinator" Jay has returned to the airwaves once again, this time doing weekends and fill-ins at WARH 106.5 "The Arch" in St. Louis. That's in addition to being an instructor there at Broadcast Center and his voiceover business.
