As to the above post you don't even know what your saying. Jay is a great talk show host who does not lean entirely to the right. He has views on the war which are not
Republican based. As for hate mongers the all knowing smart assed Mike Malloy(Im so
old and grumpy) Air America idiot is the REAL hate monger. Besides why would you want
Air America? How bout a live, in town station with real hosts? Thats why Im glad AA didnt work here in the Atlanta area. It just wasnt done correctly ! Live and Local, to hell with all of the sucked in shows. Dont be a relay station, be a forerunner.

Air America failed in Atlanta because its owners never intended for it to succeed. They just signed up for some filler programming while they tried to sell their x-band AM stick licensed to a small town in south Georgia, which they managed to move to the number 10 market in the country. 1690 is now owned by
an eccentric, who programs the station as his own personal IPod, with opera, show tunes and bird calls, along with the occasional interview with the head of a neocon think tank.

Well, I sampled a little of his program tonight before the Rays game. I used to work for a small station in Northwest Indiana that carried his show in its WOR days. I'll have to give it a few more days, but my early opinion is he was more interesting 10 years ago.
And what outhouse is he broadcasting from? Quality is terrible.
