Jay Severin: Prima Donna ? ? ?

To make up for sports talkers talking politics, 96.9 has a plagiarist at 9 am and his pals Bob and Dan
talking sports instead of politics.

I actually like their writing but not so much as radio personalities. Well, Ryan was OK. I like Gammons and I guess he's only going to be on ESPN radio this year, not WEEI. I heard a promo on there (on a rare occasion when I could get their signal :D) that ESPN radio was the only place you could hear him.

I think Jay is an example of someone whose politics (in general, with some exceptions) I agree with but whose style and mannerisms I don't. I guess he's a Libertarian? I stop short of siding with any political pundit just because of their political leanings, and I respect Liberal Democrats who do likewise. The Conservative side has some who are just over-the-top. Ann Coulter, to name one. But for every 'Ann Coulter' there's a 'Keith Olbermann,' so it cuts both ways.

Jay Severin was out again today. Wonder what his real illness is?

I know it's totally off-topic (like I care), but speaking of 'illness,' did anyone see that picture of algore on the Drudge Report during his rare appearance before people interested in questioning the 'High Priest' of the Global Warming religion? He looked exactly like the Devil! That red face! Those glowering, evil eyes! He was (is) the DEVIL himself!

Olbermann? Hell, you should hear Mike Malloy, late of Air America and now on Nova-M. He's completely over the top. And very entertaining.

Keith Olbermann is the best thing to happen to MSNBC.
He proves every night how much of a fraud Bill O' Really is...
O'Really was a blowhard when he was here in Boston and he has only gotten worse.

What is the worst, most vile, most offensive thing that Olbermann has said, in my opinion? I would like to juxtapose it against the worst, most vile, most offensive thing that Coulter has said. I am betting it isn't even a contest, but heck, I could be wrong.

Coulter used the F word

All Keith ever says is Bill O'Reilly, Bill O'Reilly

not even close. Keith has standards, Coulter just wants to shock.

They are both hate-mongerers, pure and simple. I know you want to try to force-fit a halo around Olbermann's head, so you just keep on trying. LOL @ 'Keith has standards.' I suppose that takes the place of something he doesn't have: ratings.

So, Keith uses the "B.O." word? ;D

You made the assertion that Olbermann and Couter are equivalent. You say they are both hate mongerers. I am asking you to state what you consider to be the worst thing Olbermann has ever said so we can evaluate your assertion. If you can't or aren't willing to back it up, you can't or aren't willing. That's all.

Ratings is a perfectly valid issue, but is not what your initial assertion was about.

You may be right. I would like to find out. Do you accept the challenge or not?
