Jaybird Drennan passes away

Northeast ohio radio is sad today with the passing of Jaybird Drennan yesterday at the age of 78. Jay was one of the finest people I have ever met. He never had a negative word about anyone. Years after I left WKDD, I would run into Jay while doing a remote and it was like he ran into his long lost friend. AND, that voice........there will never be another one like him. Radio............humanity has lost someone special. I will miss him.
