Jaz McKay Retires

Jaz McKay, a nationally known talk host has retired from KNZR, a talk station in Bakersfield, California, where he had the only locally originated show.
McKay worked at WWWE in the mid nineties where he was already establishing his reputation as an outspoken personality.
He also has done voice over and voice acting in his 40 year plus career.
Anybody remember his time here?

I remember the name, which is what caught my attention now, and a little research put him at WWWE in 1994-95 but I can't recall him directly.
It seems like 3WE was going through a lot of on air people in those pre WTAM days from
the newspaper articles I saw. Mike Trivissano stood out from that group as he was the surviving talent. I recall Jeff and Flash on 1100 for a time after they were let go from WMMS when OmniAmerica took over and brought John Gorman back.
BTW, I heard Flash doing a commercial on a show simulcast on 1220 and 1420 recently. Is he still doing the union show?
