Bottom line, Beasley will eventually move 99.5 into the Philly market. No matter what the speculations, legal, political aspects and technical problems. Beasley purchased them for that astronomical amount to make them a Philly player. Its nice to have another property in the market is their thinking and Wilmington is not the market they are after. Sad shame Wilmington will loose this station, but they will still be able to pick up the Active, Alternative or Jazz format the Beasleys are pondering over, where as JBR stands now, its still a long running stagnant Wilmington FM same as STW. The Wilmington audiance may actually be happy with this sale and move, at least they will FINALLY have something DIFFERENT on 99.5.

KlassiKKountry: Maybe you missed the thread about JBR already underway. Could be you had too much to drink at the Klan meeting last night, got some eye irritation due to smoke from the cross burning, and can't see too clearly this morning.

I heard JBR is planning to flip to HipHop.
