This podcast has not been approved by me. If the podcast must go on as scheduled, allow me to set a few ground rules that must be followed exactly as directed.

1.) No discussion of age discrimination! I'm living proof that Cumulus doesn't discriminate on the basis of age. I have the best ears in the business and I'm nearly 70. When one of our successful and tenured PD's in Shreveport, LA nearly died of a stroke, we waited until after he was out of intensive care to replace him.

2.) No discussion of the insulting severance package. Yes he was a long-time employee, but two weeks was good enough for me when I was let go at WLS (a station I'm about to run). Have I mentioned to you that I worked at WLS? Anyway, the former employee is aware of the language in his indentured servitude agreement which spells out how a terminated employee will likely suffer severe consequences even if we chose not to honor our end of the agreement.

3.) Do NOT frighten Citadel employees. They have no idea that our management style makes Farid and Judy seem like Mr. and Mrs. Santa F. Claus.
