Anchor Jeff Michael signed off from Los Angeles Fox station KTTV Tuesday night, telling viewers in a message posted to Instagram, “for all of you who have caught me over the past 18 years On Fox11, tonight is my last newscast.”

Michael joined KTTV in 1998 as weekend news anchor after spending 8 years at KABC. In 2011, he moved onto the anchor desk for the station’s “Studio 11 LA,” and was named co-anchor of the 10 o’clock news in 2014.

Wow we just had another leave from Tony McEwing on medical leave to Tony Valdez leaving Fox 11 in retirement.
