Jeff Miles In Middays at Q100

Jeff Miles had left middays at Cumulus WPLJ a while ago to make room for John Foxx of KLIF Dallas to come in as PD/Middays at 'PLJ.

At the time, Jan Jeffries said he had a future announcement about Miles, thus, now Jeff takes over middays and social networking duties at WWWQ.

That's interesting. Miles worked at 95-5 The Beat in the early 2000's and, if I remember correctly, worked for a little while at the original Q100/100.5. He's a good jock.

I'm happy they're putting a live jock in middays. I thought Brittany was excellent, but at least they're replacing her with a quality talent.

If I remember correctly nights at Q100 through it's history is Suzy Tavarez -> Jeff Miles -> Geller -> Adam Bomb.

You're right again, Caller 10, although you're kind of admitting you've switched your dial from 98.5 at times.

Geller was a little different in that his show was probably as much talk as music; he really entertained. But when Cumulus took over, they quickly put an end to that, and you could hear Geller's unhappiness on the air. He quit soon after.

I liked Jeff when he was on the Beat and the few times I heard him on Q100. I was not aware he had been in New York. If I'm not mistaken, he was in San Francisco after leaving Atlanta.

He did afternoons at Energy 92.7 in SF for about 3 months in 2005.
