Jeff Schwartz @ Newsweb Corp.

From today's Feder column:

Jeff Schwartz, who resigned last July as director of operations at ABC-owned ESPN sports/talk WMVP-AM (1000) and "True Oldies" WZZN-FM (94.7), has been hired as a consultant at Newsweb Corp., Chicago-based owner of progressive talk WCPT-AM (850) and the eclectic "Nine FM" simulcast combo of WDEK-FM (92.5), WKIE-FM (92.7) and WRZA-FM (99.9).

He replaces Lorna Gladstone, who left after one year.

OK. OK.

I'm a telecom consultant and starving. Is that about the same as a Broadcast consult? What's a Broadcast Consultant?

Someone who makes too much money doing notta!

Go SIRIUS

a consultant MUST have ruined at least 3 heritage stations to be considered as a consultant.

Do not forget that CON is in the word CONsultant

to be a consultant you must be a master of [EDIT], talk a great game, and make numbers or research prove your point (whether it actually does or not)

Yet again, some of us show our extreme lack of intelligence by claiming to be smarter than all the rest...and then misspelling words like "nada".
