Jeff Torborg to replace Tom Paciorek on Braves FSN South telecasts

I didn't see an AJC article...weird. Maybe tomorrow.

Paciorek is switching over to call the Nationals games after 5 seasons with the Braves. Many of you probably know of Torborg from his days as a catcher and/or manager of the White Sox, Mets, Expos, and Marlins. He's called games for Fox before. Good riddance to Paciorek. Loved his enthusiasm, but he is so annoying. Thank goodness he switched in case FSN South picks up the games scheduled for Turner South. The more tolerable (although not great) Bob Rathburn will remain.<P ID="edit"><FONT class="small">Edited by karaokelegend on 03/01/06 08:22 AM.</FONT></P>

Still not anywhere near Skip, Pete, Joe, Don and Chip. If FSN reduces the number of games these guys do, I'll be very upset.

Yeah, I agree. FSN South needs to work out a deal to keep our Braves announcers!
