Jen Brien Officially Gets WBZ-1030 Overnight Show

Here it is--yes it says Sounds in the Night and the cass. liner has a pic of Norm with a bird. Has: Here's Norm Nathan (feat. dumb
weather forecast, Jordan Rich Intro), Who Discovered America, Steven Wright (was given a tour of the plush but not overly ostentatious studios), You're the Top, etc. It was dated 1997 and was said to be a benefit for the Norm Nathan scholarship at the Berklee College of Music.

raccoonradio,

I believe that is the same as the cd...or maybe not. Seems to me I recall Jordan mentioning that there was more material on the CD. There are a total of 14 tracks on my CD, dated 2006. Might want to contact Jordan for a copy as that will last much longer than the cassette will.

I have one tape of Norm doing the ' Dumb Birthday Game" with Robert from Everett as one of the panel. No idea what year it was. I'm assuming Robert is long gone with probably many other regulars as well?

Joel from Worcester
Fred from Medford
Hank from Brookline
Angelo from ?

Very interesting. Unless either the BZ website or I am having technical problems, they seem to have disabled comments on the page that announces Brien getting the show. I guess that will happen with about 350 comments, and approximately 95 percent being negative.
