Jen is done

I'd like to start a discussion, since there appear to be a lot of good radio minds here. Should an overnight talk show be political of either bent and/or high-strung? I've always thought the show should mimic the world during those hours...quiet, more laid back, breezy-light and fun for the lots of elderly people trying to get to sleep, lots of overnight workers who want someone on to more or less accompany them...it's a mellow time for most people...but others may disagree. Your thoughts?
I totally agree , Although there are times of major events that should not be ignored I like it when it is time to chill. I confee to be one of those weirdos that have the radio on all night and drift to sleep by it.

I agree localgirl, I too am one of those weirdos who needs the radio to fall asleep. And I find it hard to fall asleep to political talk in the middle of the night, regardless if it is something I agree with or not. Even when Steve was hosting, if he ventured into political talk, I switched to Sports talk instead.

Confirmed: That Woman- I'll think of her name some time is now holding her own talk show be it only to herself at Butler on the Eastside of Providence.

Well, we are now into November, and the "Bring Jen back" discussions seems to have finally died out. Bradley Jay seems to be doing a majority of the hosting duties these days, and he seems to be enjoying it. It will be interesting to see if he gets the offer to be the new permanent host.
