Jenn Hobby Joining Kicks 101.5?

If I'm Cumulus I voicetrack Jenn Hobby middays or afternoons on Nashville's 95.5 WSM too, as I assume she's got name recognition in the Nashville market with Bert Show being on i106
 
it seems to me there's a huge difference between what she's been doing, as a part of a morning show team (and a supporting cast member, at that), and holding down a solo music show. maybe she'll make the transisition fine, but it's amazing to me that with effectively zero experience they gave her that slot.

i'm not saying she can't learn it. but middays on a major market 100kw outlet doesn't seem the place to learn.

If she has "ran the board'" during a few times during The Bert Show, the transition should be easy. Remember that with the PC based audition systems, no need to "cue up records", back time, load cart machines / CD players, etc. like when I started. There is not a lot of talking during song intros or exits like there was years ago, and she should be able to run the phone recording / playback system. Now what come out of her mouth is another issue.
 
When is she going to start on Kicks,I thought it was yesterday,I wonder if they are waiting for her to have her baby before they do it.
 
I think she realized she could have a sweet deal and not have to get up at 3am. And, I'm betting is was not a pay cut either. After all, the morning show is paying a BUNCH of salaries. How much (other than lead-man Bert) can the other folks be making?

I would find it hard to believe she is making anything close to what she was making on TBS.
