Based on how short her breaks are, and how she recently incorrectly said that Charles was coming up next when he was indeed out sick, I would say that she is voicetracked. She also tracks an AOR station in New Hampshire. With that said, four years ago she was live.
 
Most days she is live, however some days due to appearances or other promotional duties, she does voicetrack some/all of her show.
