Jennifer Valdez back issues.

I wondered where she has been.

I bet she felt great right after the surgery. I felt fine after I had my surgery too. The hospital painkillers are really nice. I understand why some folks could become addicted.

Seriously I hope she does well. I have had back issues in the past. It took me almost a year to be pain free (naturally) and have full flexibility of my back. I guess I was lucky. Some people I know never fully recover from back issues.

Has she ever used a Teeter (as seen on TV)?
I sleep on TOP of an electric blanket for my back issues and that seems to work well.
A heating pad would probably also work.

Isn't a heating pad usually one of the first things people with back pain turn to for relief, even before consulting a doctor? I'd imagine she has tried and used one long before this stage.

I remember when I was at Briarcliff Rd, running videotape for 8 hours a day on their computer flooring, my back and knees did OK, but I got ingrown toenails on both feet.
Its been 20 years since Briarcliff Rd.
