Jenny Chu (from Ch 8) status ??

Noticed that Jenny Chu has been missing from the news lately. Notice a few months ago that she was pregnant, last time I saw her (earlier this month) she looked ready to pop... Does anyone know if she had her baby, what it was, etc. Just curious... Some of these reporter and anchors are like family, they're in our home every day, etc...

I'll still watch 8 as long as the team of Kevin Doran, Mo Mcguire, Scotty H, and Johnny K has the most personality of any of the anchor teams in Rochester... Yes the reporters, field folks have changed as much as the others, but the main anchor team is tops in my book.

Do have to say that Dave McKinley is getting better as an anchor, than when I saw him for the first time earlier this year. He's looking more comfortable being in front of the camera as much as an anchor is...

My guess is she probably is indeed on maternity leave then though I haven't heard anything. I like Maureen McGuire as well, she's one of my favorite anchors in Rochester.

I think I can speak for all of us who post on here in saying best wishes for Jenny, her husband, and their brand new daughter.

Congrats to her and her family...

Maybe I missed it, but you'd think that this is something newsworthy... At least to the loyal viewers who may, as a result of watching the news, be interested to know. Plus it would be a good human interest story, and not another story of another young person being shot and killed again... I don't mean to ruin this thread, so I'll stop on that subject.

Again, heartfelt congrats to Jenny and family...

A young, educated, attractive, MARRIED woman having a baby that is news!
Talk about man biting a dog story.
Best wishes to Ms. Chu and her family.

And congrats to Holly Maynard who also just had a baby girl.
