Jeopardy rerun to replace Katie

This is actually a couple months old, but WPVI along with WABC will replace Katie with Millionaire and a Jeopardy rerun:

I think it's quite lame that WPVI will be airing stale/recycled programming at the 3pm hour. It's one thing if it's in San Francisco where KGO currently does this practice - it's beautiful outside there and daytime tv is less important as fewer might be stuck indoors, but in Philly and NY, in the Fall, it's not. It's quite a downgrade for the major ABC owned stations in the East to not air new programming. It might as well air 'Paid Programming' and save not having to pay CBS for the second Jeopardy run.

In the article, it mentions that ABC did try to steal 'Ellen' from the NBC stations, but it wasn't successful. Why not put an effort for 'Wendy Williams'? I think ABC will be busy retooling 'The View' and will launch something with that daytime hour occupied now by Katie in 2015. It did secure 'Rachael Ray' on all practically all of it's ABC O&O's elsewhere though. That will make for a very consistent ABC O&O daytime lineup although air times will be different.

The reruns are more edifying than any one or all of them combined if you are going to have the television on during the day.

WPVI is advertising a new schedule
12:00 News (1 hour)
1:00 The Chew
2:00 Who Wants to Be a Millionaire
2:30 Jeopardy (rerun)
3:00 General Hospital.

So, Action News expands to one hour which is new, and General Hospital moves to 3pm. Will WABC be following the similar schedule?
