Jericho on CBS

I know they are about to wrap up the Fall season of Jericho this Wednesday (today) on CBS. Can anyone tell me if the show has been a huge success, a moderate success, or do they just have their head above water?

I wish I could watch the show (it looks interesting) but when it's on, I'm heading to work, so I always miss it...

Hopefully will be on DVD soon…

I guess you might consider Jericho a moderate success(don't know of how well it is doing overall for the year),but I wonder why they are calling it the Fall Season Finale tonight.

Considering that American Idol is coming back in January and Jericho is in the same time slot as American Idol on Wednesday,I wonder if CBS plans on moving the show to a different time slot because American Idol will crush Jericho in the ratings more than likely.

The show has been a pretty good success for CBS in that time slot. Well enough that they gave it a full season renewal. The "Fall Finale" is something all the networks are doing this year. Not exactly sure why. Lost had a fall finale, Desp Housewives, Grays Anatomy. I think instead of reruns, new episodes, reruns and new episodes, they are more inclined this year to just take a break for awhile. Jericho for example comes back with 12 new episodes in a row until the season finale. But it is true, when Am Idol comes back strong, Jericho is going to struggle. It is a good show, with an interesting premise, but I'm not sure how long it can sustain the 'mystery' past one or two seasons....

The shows on CBS.com's Innertube.

I've tried to watch it on Innertube but it only works for about 15-30 seconds, then it has to buffer again (or whatever it's called.)

Could be my internet connection...I dunno...

I watched an episode of Jericho on innertube yesterday and it worked fine for me. Probably your connection, I was getting mine off a wi-fi connection and it worked great. The only thing don't like about innertube is that Jericho was broken down I think into 5 sections. Well I watched the first 2 sections and had another thing I had to do. So is there anyway to skip the first 2 sections and jump right into the third section?

The only way I've found to fast forward is to skip through the segment. If you position the slider right before the "break" it will go into it naturally. Unfortunately you have to wait through the ad at the end of each segment, but it seems to work ok.

Speaking of CBS' Innertube: I like their Real Networks-based technology so much better than ABC's Macromedia Flash-based platform. I have cable modem, but its the low-end package available through my cable company. I have no problems watching CBS' Innertube broadcasts, but cannot even get ABC's to work. End up having to go to the library on campus to watch "Lost."
