Jerry worked on the air in Philadelphia at a variety of stations. I think WYSP, WIOQ and last I heard around 1995 at Star 104.5 doing overnights. I know for a while he had a second job in retail ( stereo equipment, I think). Knew people who worked with him and he seemed like a genuine, nice guy. Anyone know what became of him?

I spoke with Jerry a couple of years ago. I don't remember what he was doing, but it wasn't radio. He's still in the Philly area. Jerry did sports on my morning show (Fox & Leonard) on WYSP back in the 70's. In my 40 years in the biz, I'd be hard pressed to find a more genuine and truly nice guy. We were friends and I will always have very fond memories of my time working with him.
