Jerry Bailey was cut off on the right

During the Belmont Stakes, if the three analysts were all on screen at the same time, Jerry Bailey was not, on my old TV. I can't pick up NBC with an antenna and I taped the race anyway, and I do not currently have a way to record programs with an antenna (though my new TiVo might be able to do it). So what I see on my old TVs is what the cable company sends out, sent through my TiVo. Apparently NBC figures we all have those wide TVs now, and unless you can switch to letterbox as I can with my converter boxes (though I don't), or to the Bill Clinton method, this is going to happen.

I haven't spent money on a new TV. I was waiting for another one that came with the VCR included, though the last place I bought one is closed. Anyway, having a second TiVo instead is worth it. The TV works, and I no longer worry about when the VCR will finally give out, as three of the others seem to have, because I don't need to use it.
