Jerry Bishop was a radio host at KFI, KIIS and KLAC prior to being the VO of Judge Judy.

Awww...I remember that booming voice.

'YOU are about to enter the courtroom of Judge Judith Sheindlin!...'

I also have Jerry's voice all over those old Disney Channel tapes. At least when they were premium and worth paying for.

Now he's knocked on heaven's door and joking and laughing with Judge Wapner. May he RIP.

At first I had thought he was the original Svengoolie, but that was Jerry G. Bishop. I looked it up and found out he had died in 2013.

For a second I thought the same thing. Jerry G Bishop was a long time host in Chicago and then later San Diego. A very funny guy.
