JERRY CROWLEY JOINS SALEM

In the third management change in the New York market since the start of the year, Salem has hired Jerry Crowley as general manager for its two stations in the market.

Crowley, who most recently was GM of Buckley Broadcasting’s news/talk WOR until its sale to Clear Channel, will now oversee Salem’s news/talk “AM 970 The Answer” WNYM and Christian talk WMCA (570).

Previous general manager Sean O’Neil is promoted to New York market manager.
