Jerry Kristafer to WJMJ 88.9 Mornings

Jerry Kristafer's son Ryan just posted on Facebook that Jerry will be the new Morning host on WJMJ 88.9 FM. The station is owned by The Archdiocese of Hartford and is a mix of Soft Oldies, Religious Programming, Opera Music (I think), and American Standard's By the Sea.

As I mentioned they do play Oldies. I tune in on occasion and I have heard stuff I haven't heard in years. Stuff that used to get played on The Big D back in the day.

I just tuned past WJMJ-FM now. Lich was on their air, along with one other familiar voice. I think it was somebody who was with WHCN-FM 105.9 way back when.

Ahh yes I read that he moved back to Maine to be with his family.

I got to admit, I have been listening to WJMJ online since yesterday and they got a strange yet enjoyable playlist of music.

Bruce Stevens is not retired. He's working mornings on WCME in Brunswick.
