Jerry Sandusky Interview On "Rock Center NBC"

It's not so much that this thread is to discuss the interview, but to speculate as to whether or not it'll give NBC's new kid on the block, "Rock Center With Brian Williams," a little lightning in a ratings bottle. I also understand that Gabrielle Giffords, the Arizona lawmaker who was shot in the head at a public outing, appeared on ABC at the same hour. Should be interesting to see the ratings for this one.

The ever-loquacious Bob Costas managed to expose the fact that
Sandusky had no idea what the word "culpable" meant.

Not a shining moment for academic standards in Happy Valley.

I think they are moving the ROCK to a different day and time. At this point it's probably
the cheapest option for NBC......probably even cheaper than a reality series.

It was a complete turnoff for me. No way I was going to watch. I understand this was a big story, but I'm tired of every news story constantly being beaten to death from every angle. Enough is enough.
It's like the occupy Wall St. protesters. Do we really need a 5-minute update on every newscast showing these fools sleeping in tents in a park, as if it's going to make any difference in their lives??

He also seemed to trip, stumble, bumble & tumbleweed his way through the entire interview as he tried to come up with words to answer Bob's questions too. So much so in fact you can see Bob struggle to keep his composure. It was PALPABLE

Happy Valley has been ANYTHING BUT "Happy" lately.....

JMO.....

Cheers & 73 ;D
