Jesse Jones Leaves KIRO

FTVLive is reporting that Cox has made the decision to shut down the consumer investigative unit at KIRO. Jesse's last day will be in late October. Very sad news! I wonder if anyone else will pick up his popular franchise.
 
KIRO is now promoting their new "KIRO investigates" which I assume takes over the Jesse Jones role.
Gary Horcher, Deedee Sun, Linzi Sheldon, Louie Tran and Madeline Ottilie.

Interesting! I'm sure that Jesse had a high salary because KIRO had to lure him away from KING. Now, they can probably hire 2 or 3 younger reporters and still save a bunch of money.
